Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are handled based on notice period and booking terms shared at confirmation.

Cancellation policy (with duration)

Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in are eligible for a refund after deducting payment gateway charges.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may be non-refundable unless approved by the property in writing.

Return & refund policy (with duration and refund mode)

Since this is a hospitality booking service, physical returns are not applicable.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment mode (UPI/card/bank source account).

No-show and early departure

No-show bookings and early departures may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
